ClearContext Professional is an application designed to make your Outlook Organization a bit easier.

After quickly installing ClearContext, you are presented with a setup screen that will guide you through the basics of the program, such as configuring auto-filing and all the new graphical additions that went into the user interface. ClearContext will flag the top senders in your inbox, highlighting them in red or green. You can instantly file messages from certain people, and you can turn e-mails into tasks in the calendar. You have a nice file/appointment/task manager, where you can view exactly what items do you have pending and organize them in an easy way.

Although many experienced users can handle all these tasks with Outlook, newbies will certainly like the options. However, at $89.95 the price might seem too high for most, though you can try it for 30 days before you buy it.
